Sarah Hong is the Hospitality Director of The Continental, using her extensive background in the industry to serve as what she calls “the maestro of operation,” working alongside Chef Sean Brock to deliver an unparalleled dining experience for each guest.
Born and raised in western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Hong recognized the integral role that food played in her family’s experiences from an early age. As soon as she was old enough to begin working, she set her sights on a career in hospitality. Since then, Sarah has gained experienced at noteworthy restaurants and hospitality programs, including her role as Assistant General Manager for Husk Savannah and front- and back-of-house management positions for Hillstone Restaurant Group. She most recently served on the opening team for JW Marriot Plant Riverside District in Savannah, GA as a Food and Beverage Manager. Throughout her career and many leadership roles, Hong has taken pride in coaching her staff and leading her team to achieve their professional goals.
After a move to Nashville to work under Brock, Hong embarks on what she deems her most exciting position yet as she joins The Continental team to lead its hospitality team.
